I liked her. She had the right balance of talk and friendliness which will not eat up nor scare introverts like me. In addition to her friendly and humble demeanor, you can absolutely see how good she is at what she does. She's very meticulous at her craft and very sanitary too, cleaning her gun (for airbrush) and brushes for every use.
During the trial, she was already more that halfway through completing my full face when she noticed that the makeup she put on me earlier oxidized so badly, it didn't match my neck and chest anymore. It surprised me that she did everything over again. As in from the start. I appreciated that and I saw how much of a perfectionist she was.
After the trial, she advised me to color my hair so my hair won't be "flat" and will have dimension once they put it up come the wedding day. I followed as suggested.
On the day itself, I felt they arrived a little later than the rest of the suppliers. I guess it was just fine given the time of the ceremony, but I would have preferred an earlier call time to have more opportunities for photos with the family and my bridesmaids. Otherwise, everything was on time and I loved the 2 looks she gave me. First was light smoky eyes with a neutral dewy face. The second was an all-out vavavavoom intense smoky eye with two false lashes on top of each other! I really loved how I looked!
She also assisted on fixing up E with some powder, so he won't get oily. Then of course, our mothers. My mother looked beautiful. E's mom didn't like her hair at first because she found it too "poofy" but it weighed down a bit when she got to the church.
My makeup stayed put the whole day and night, despite the heat of a summer wedding.
Here are the photos during my trial (hair accessory was just a dummy):
